Full House - A full house also known as a full boat, which can be any combination of 2 of the same cards of one rank and 3 of the same cards of a different rank. But if someone else has the same hand with higher numbers then their hand wins.
Straight - A straight is five cards that are in number order, and are not the same suit. This is also another hand that if someone has the same of, but higher numbers you lose.
Flush - Unlike a straight, a flush is not in numerical order. All 5 cards have to be of the same suit.
3 of a Kind - 3 cards with the same number. The higher the card number the better.
Two Pair and One Pair - These are pretty self-explanatory. A pair is 2 cards having the same number, not the same suit.
